STROUDSBURG BOROUGH COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 27, 2019 A special meeting of the Stroudsburg Borough Council convened at 5:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Stroudsburg Borough Municipal Building with the following members present: Council President James Smith; Vice-President of Council Boyd Weiss; Council President Pro-Tem Joanne Kochanski; Council Member Erica McCabe; Council Member Mark Connors; Council Member Matt Abell; and Council Member Anthony Lanfrank. Mayor Tarah Probst and Scott Fiore of Tristarr Consulting were also present. Interim Borough Manager Mary Pat Quinn advised of her absence prior to the meeting. A motion was made by Ms. McCabe, seconded by Mrs. Kochanski to go in to an Executive Session at 5:35 P.M. for the purpose of discussing matters involving personnel, specifically to interview Mr. Mark Stivers and Mr. Matt West for the position of Borough Manager. The motion was carried with all present voting affirmatively. (7-yes, 0-no, 0-abstain) The executive session was concluded at 7:46 P.M. on a motion made by Mrs. Kochanski, seconded by Mr. Lanfrank. The motion was carried with all present voting affirmatively. (7-yes, 0-no, 0-abstain) The meeting was adjourned at 7:47 P.M. on a motion made by Mrs. Kochanski, seconded by Mr. Lanfrank. The motion was carried with all present voting affirmatively. (7-yes, 0-no, 0-abstain)
