STROUDSBURG BOROUGH COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
JANUARY 29, 2021
A special meeting of the Stroudsburg Borough Council convened at 5:04 P.M. on Friday,
January 29, 2021 via Zoom.us with the following members present: Council President Anthony
Lanfrank, Vice-President of Council Matt Abell, Council President Pro-Tem Erica McCabe, and
Councilman Jim Evanisko. Also present were Borough Manager Brian Ace, Executive Assistant
Mary Pat Quinn and Borough Solicitor Joseph McDonald.
A motion was made by Mr. Abell, seconded by Ms. McCabe to go in to an executive session at
5:05 P.M. for the purpose of discussing a personnel matter. The motion was carried (Yes-4; No-
0; Abstain-0).
The executive session was concluded at 5:25 P.M. on a motion made by Mr. Abell, seconded by
Ms. McCabe. The motion was carried (Yes-4; No-0; Abstain-0). A personnel matter was
discussed during the executive session.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:27 P.M. on a motion made by Mr. Abell, seconded by Ms.
McCabe. The motion was carried (Yes-4; No-0; Abstain-0).

Adequate notice of this special meeting was provided by publishing notice in the legal
section of The Pocono Record in the issue of January 28, 2021 and by posting notice on
the Stroudsburg Borough website www.stroudsburgboro.com .

position.
