Consent Agenda - An ordinance to accept and appropriate funds in the amount of $5,110 from the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Health for the Two-For-Life Program - First Reading Approved 7-0 9. Al, property owners, for a variance for Section 31-612(f)(7) of the Unified Development Ordinance to provide for the required street connectivity ratio Approved without the condition as recommended by the Planning Commission 5-2 (Mayor Dickens and Council Member Brown voted in opposition) 15. Staff Report - Briefing on the First Annual Suffolk Literary Arts Festival No action taken. 16. Staff Report - Briefing on the Neighborhood Clean-Up Program No action taken. 17. Motion - Establish a Work Session for April 7, 2004, at 4:00 p.m., unless canceled. 18.
