owners, to permit the operation of a recycling transfer facility in accordance with

16. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit Request C25-05, submitted by Whitney G.

applicant, on behalf of Jesse D. Williams and Travis W. Williams, property owners, to
permit the expansion of existing playing fields for Nansemond Suffolk Academy in
accordance with Sections 31-306 and 31-406 of the Unified Development Ordinance.
The property affected is located to the south of Nansemond Suffolk Academy and is
further identified as Tax Map 25, Parcel 57C and a portion of 57B, Suffolk Voting
Borough, Nansemond Taxing District, Zoned A, Agriculture

17. Ordinance - An ordinance to establish a road maintenance special revenue fund, to
authorize a loan from the general fund to the road maintenance fund, to establish an
appropriation in the road maintenance fund and to authorize personnel in the road
maintenance fund

18. Ordinance - An ordinance to provide for the implementation of the 2004-2005 changes
