A motion to add a staff report on the 2007 Habitat for Humanity Builders Blitz was approved 7­0. 18. Late Appearances ­ Guidelines for the Late Appearances period are outlined in the City Code Section 2­96 and permit each speaker five (5) minutes to address City Council.
