continued from the October 17, 2007, City Council meeting)

20. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit Request C19-07, submitted by Theodore A.
and Peggy L. Eudy, property owners, for a detached accessory dwelling unit on a 1.57
acre parcel in accordance with Sections 31-306, 31-406, and 31-701 (b)(13) of the
Unified Development Ordinance
Approved 6-1 (Council Member Barlow voted in opposition.)
21. Public Hearing - Flow Control Ordinance
The public hearing was held as duly advertised and closed. It was the
consensus of City Council that City Administration would provide
additional information on this matter at a future City Council meeting.
22. Motion - A request to rename North Wellons Street to Henley Place
Approved 7-0
23. Motion - A motion authorizing a local funding contribution to the Eastern Virginia
Health Systems Agency (EVHSA)

24. Motion - A motion to schedule a Work Session for December 5, 2007, at 4:00 p.m.,
unless canceled or called earlier by the Mayor
