Consent Agenda - A resolution to accept and appropriate additional funds from the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Health for the Four-for-Life Program Approved 7-0 8. Consent Agenda - A resolution authorizing the transfer of unencumbered funds from the Nansemond Parkway Elementary School Second Entrance Capital Project to the Nansemond River High School Sewer Pump Station Capital Project Approved 7-0 9.
