safety services as a permitted use in all zoning districts

22. Public Hearing - Street Vacation Request SV01-08, submitted by Jeff Gardy of
Johnson, Gardy, and Teumer, applicant on behalf of Chris-Shaw Renovations,
Inc., property owner, for the vacation of a 5,500-square foot portion of the
Railroad Avenue right of way
A motion to deny SV01-08 was approved 4-1-2 (Council Member
Parr voted in opposition, and Mayor Johnson and
Council Member Gardy abstained.)

electronic poll books, bar scanners, an optical scan card reader, voter booths,
and programming and setup fees
