Consent Agenda – An ordinance to accept and appropriate funds from the Virginia Department of Transportation FY 2016 Primary Extension Paving Program for the installation of pavement improvements on Godwin Boulevard (UPC 107766) and Holland Road (UPC 107767) 9. Consent Agenda – An ordinance to accept and appropriate additional Commonwealth Transportation Funds from the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation for operating and capital expenses related to public transit 10. Public Hearing – An ordinance to authorize a quitclaim deed between the City of Suffolk, Grantor and Birdsong Corporation, Grantee for a portion of Mulberry Street that was vacated by the Council of the City of Suffolk, Virginia in Ordinance No. 85-94 19. Ordinance – An ordinance amending Chapter 82 of the Code of the City of Suffolk to clarify the application of real property tax exemptions for surviving spouses of veterans killed in action 20. Resolution – A resolution finding that the growth areas designated in Suffolk 2035: A Vision for the Future, City of Suffolk Comprehensive Plan are consistent with the intent of Commonwealth of Virginia Code: § 15.2-2223.1 21.
