The event will be rescheduled but a date has not yet been determined. SUFFOLK CITY COUNCIL TO HOLD RETREAT SUFFOLK, VA (September 24, 2015) Suffolk City Council will conduct a Special Work Session on Thursday, October 1, 2015, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Friday, October 2, 2015, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at The Virginia Modeling, Analysis and Simulation Center (VMASC) at ODU, 1030 University Boulevard, Suite 1201, Suffolk, VA 23435. ###
