This Special Meeting will not be rescheduled. SUFFOLK CITY COUNCIL TO HOLD SPECIAL MEETING SUFFOLK, VA (December 3, 2015) Suffolk City Council will conduct a Special Meeting on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, at 8:30 a.m. for the purpose of presenting the 2016 Legislative Agenda to the City’s General Assembly Delegation. The meeting will take place at The Virginia Modeling, Analysis and Simulation Center (VMASC) at ODU, 1030 University Boulevard, Suite 1201, Suffolk, VA 23435. ###
