The agenda for this meeting is as follows: Attention Applicants: It is necessary that you or a knowledgeable representative of your interests be present at the meeting to answer any questions the Board may have concerning your application. Consent Agenda (A) Case No. C/A 2015-57(EC). 412 Boone’s Lick Road. Abbi Brown. The applicant is requesting approval to install a hood vent and screen at the basement level of the side elevation. [Historic Downtown District, Ward 1] (C) Case No. C/A 2015-58(EC). 1031 South Fourth Street. Shanna R. Copeland. The applicant is requesting approval to install a 4-foot tall wood privacy fence along the top of the retaining wall in the rear yard. The applicant is requesting approval of a pole sign for his business, Take A Hike Shop. [Frenchtown Preservation District, Ward 1] (C) Permit No. 15-5204. 433 Jackson Street. Jackie Lynch and Mark Huebbe. The applicants are requesting approval of a metal wall-mounted sign for the façade of SugarBot Sweet Shop and conceptual review of additional signs to be painted directly onto the side elevations. Structure Review Section 400.1180 Purpose The purpose of this subchapter is to protect, enhance, and perpetrate buildings, structures, districts, and sites of historical, cultural, architectural, engineering or geographic significance. Further, protection of cultural assets from demolition by neglect is an objective of this subchapter. Please note: Obtaining a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Landmarks Board does not authorize the applicant to build a structure. Building permits are required prior to construction. (A) REVISIONS Case No. C/A 2015-07(EC). 433 Jackson Street. Jackie Lynch and Mark Huebbe. The applicants are requesting approval of the installation of wood shakes to the dormers and enclosed porch on the west elevation of the house. The applicants are requesting approval to renovate the rear gallery. [Frenchtown Preservation District, Ward 1] (D) Case No. C/A 2015-61(EC). 206 Perry Street. Danny and Mary Brown. The applicants are requesting approval to replace the vinyl siding; storm windows; decking, steps and railing on the gallery; and the retaining wall.
