Holland, City Attorney Erika S. Dawley, City Clerk ABSENT Council Member Donald Z. Goldberg (excused) Council Member Lue R. Ward, Jr. (excused) PLAN OF FINANCE – 2017 WATER AND SEWER REVENUE BOND ISSUANCE Utilizing a PowerPoint presentation, David Rose, Senior Vice President, Davenport and Company, the City’s financial advisors, offered information on the above referenced item. Referring to the presentation, Vice Mayor Bennett opined about the potential impact of growth on future water rates. Mr. Rose explained that the rate models are based on conservative projections. ROUTE 58 AND ROUTE 460 PROJECT UPDATES Utilizing a PowerPoint presentation, Public Works Director Eric Nielsen supplied updates on the above referenced item.
