Upon appropriate second, the motion carried by a unanimous vote of yes. At 3:00 p.m., Secretary Baker certified that while in closed session, the Board discussed only election security as designated in the Code of Virginia82.2-371l. The Board reconvened in open session. A motion was made and seconded to accept the August 13,2024 minutes. The motion passed. The meeting was adjoumed at 3:10 p.m. The next board meeting will be held November 6,2024 at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of canvassing the November 5th General Election  es L.
