7 CITY OF SUFFOLK ELECTORAL BOARD MINUTBS EMERGENCY TELEPHONE CONFERENCE TUESDAY, AUGUST 17, 2021 Erin Rice, Chairman, advised those in attendance at the emergency telephone conference meeting called by the City of Suffolk Electoral Board for Tuesday, August 17,2021at 8:30 a.m., that in accord with the Code of Virginia, Section 2.2-3708.2, an electronic meeting was not permissible under the guidelines. Therefore, the Electoral Board determined that they would conduct an in-person meeting on Monday, August 23,2021, at2:00 p.m., in the Voter Registration Office, located at440 Market Street, First Floor, Suffolk, Virginia 23434.
