Georgo, P.E. of JSG Development Consultants, PC on behalf of Linwood Hanbury, property owner, for the construction of 233 linear feet of rip-rap revetment in order to protect the shoreline from erosion. The property is located at 2928 Old Wharf Road on a tributary of Bennett’s Creek. 2. VMRC #09-0016, submitted by Douglas S. Davis of Davis Environmental Consultants, Inc. on behalf of the Bob White Landing Owners Association, property owner, for the construction of a community pier within the Bob White Landing subdivision. The property is located at 450 Quaker Ridge Court on a tributary of Quaker Neck Creek. V. Old Business - 1. VMRC #08-0798, submitted by Myles Pocta of Map Environmental Inc. on behalf of the Retreat at Bennett’s Creek, LLC for the construction of a community pier within the proposed Retreat at Bennett’s Creek Subdivision across tidal wetlands adjacent to Bennett’s Creek.
