Section 31- 714(b)(8), Flags, to address corporate flags; Section 31-714(b)(10), Special Event Signs as allowed by the Zoning Administrator for Special Events and Grand Openings, to address the allowance of temporary signs and banners; and a new section 31-714(b)(14), Decorative Flags, to address the display of such flags and to amend Section 31-717, Temporary Uses, to add a new subsection 31- 717(d)(6), Temporary Signs and Banners associated with an active subdivision under construction. 4.
