The affected property is identified as Zoning Map 74*25, Whaleyville Voting Borough, zoned A, Agricultural Zoning District. 4. Preliminary Subdivision Plats: A. Rountree, property owner, in accordance with Section(s) 31-306 and 31-406 of the Unified Development Ordinance, to grant a Conditional Use Permit to establish an automobile storage lot including vehicle tow yard, on property located at 3909 Nansemond Parkway, Zoning Map 19, Parcel(s) 46*3. The affected area is further identified as being located in the Cypress Voting Borough, zoned M-2, Heavy Industrial zoning district. The 2026 Comprehensive Plan designates this area as part of the Northern Suburban/ Urban Growth Area, Suburban development district. C. EXCEPTION REQUEST, EX01-14, submitted by Brian Layne of Parrish-Layne Design Group, applicant, on behalf of Carl B. Price, property owner, to grant an after-the-fact Exception to the development criteria and buffer area requirements of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area to permit a variety of existing accessory structures and other impervious cover to encroach into the 100-foot Resource Protection Area. The affected property is located at 2913 Pinewood Circle and is further identified as Zoning Map 11B, Parcel 32, Sleepy Hole Voting Borough, zoned RL, Residential Low Density Zoning District.
