ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT OA4-15, initiated by the Suffolk Planning Commission for amendments to the Code of the City of Suffolk, Chapter 31, Unified Development Ordinance by amending Section 31-406, Use Regulations, Table 406-1, Principal Uses Permitted in Zoning Districts to address licensed limited distilleries, Appendix A, Definitions to address animal shelter private, licensed limited distillers and variance and Appendix B, Submission Requirements, B-6, Zoning Variance or Appeals Applications. The purpose for amending the aforementioned sections is to be in compliance with changes made to the Code of Virginia, as amended by the General Assembly and effective July 1, 2015. 4.
