ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT OA03-16, initiated by the Suffolk Planning Commission for amendments to the Code of the City of Suffolk, Chapter 31, Unified Development Ordinance, by amending: Article 4, Zoning, Section 31-406, Use Regulations, Table 406-1, Principal Uses Permitted in Zoning Districts; Article 7, Supplemental Use Regulations, Section 31-707, Home Occupations and Appendix A, Definitions. The purpose of the text amendments is to update and refine the Code of the City of Suffolk, Chapter 31, Unified Development Ordinance due to a change in circumstances and changes to the Code of Virginia. 4.
