The 2035 Comprehensive Plan designates this area as part of the Rural Agricultural Use District. F. ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT, OA06-17, initiated by the City of Suffolk, to amend the Code of the City of Suffolk, Chapter 31, Unified Development Ordinance, Appendix C, Sight Triangles; Approved Plant Lists; Tree Canopy Calculations; and Approved Plant Lists for Stormwater Management to address approved landscape plant materials for as required in various locations by requirements in the Unified Development Ordinance for various uses. The purpose of the text amendment is to update and refine the Code of the City of Suffolk, Chapter 31, Unified Development Ordinance due to a change in circumstances. G. ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT, OA07-17, initiated by the City of Suffolk, to amend the Code of the City of Suffolk, Chapter 31, Unified Development Ordinance, Article 7, Supplemental Use Regulations, Section 31-714, Sign Regulations, for the purpose of establishing standards pertaining to roof top signs. The purpose of the text amendment is to update and refine the Code of the City of Suffolk, Chapter 31, Unified Development Ordinance due to a change in circumstances. 5. Old Business 6.
