The 2035 Comprehensive Plan designates this area as part of the Central Growth Area, Suburban Use District. B. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST, CUP2020-018, Borrego Solar Facility: submitted by Melissa Samaroo, Borrego Solar Systems, Inc., applicant, on behalf of Timothy Michael Butler, property owner, in accordance with Sections 31-306 and 31-406 of the Unified Development Ordinance, to grant a Conditional Use Permit to establish a solar energy facility, on property located at 4029 Godwin Boulevard, Zoning Map 18, Parcel 9. The affected area is further identified as being located in the Chuckatuck Voting Borough, zoned A, Agricultural Zoning District. The 2035 Comprehensive Plan designates this area as part of the Rural Conservation Use District. C. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST, CUP2020-020, Unique Little Hands Daycare: submitted by Devonette Thomas, Unique Little Hands, Inc., applicant and property owner, in accordance with Sections 31-306 and 31-406 of the Unified Development Ordinance, in order to amend the previously approved conditions pertaining to the establishment of a daycare, child care center, on property located at 3000 Godwin Boulevard and 2996 Godwin Boulevard, Zoning Map 25, Parcels 30G and 30*H.
