Gross, property owners, in accordance with Section 31-304 and 31-305 of the Unified Development Ordinance, to rezone and amend the official zoning map of the City of Suffolk to change the zoning from A, Agriculture zoning district, and RLM, Residential Low-Medium Density Page 1  zoning district to RLM, Residential Low-Medium Density zoning district (Conditional), for property located at 539 Turlington Road, Zoning Map 43, Parcels 19 and 19P*1.  CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST, CUP2023-020, submitted by the City of Suffolk, applicant, on behalf of Shriji, LLC, property owner, in accordance with Sections 31-306 and 31-406 of the Unified Development Ordinance, to grant a Conditional Use Permit to establish a Temporary shelter for indigent and homeless persons, and similar facilities with onsite residential counselors (non-governmental), on property located at 2361 Pruden Boulevard, and is further identified as Zoning Map 25A, Parcel J17.
