The affected area is further identified as being located in the Cypress Voting Borough, zoned A, Agricultural zoning district. The 2035 Comprehensive Plan designates this area as being outside the Central Growth Area, Rural Agricultural Use District. B. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST, CUP2024-011, Machine Shop: submitted by Jesse Johnson, Jr., attorney, on behalf of Raymond Wayne Stevens, applicant and property owner, on behalf of MaryKatherine Benya Stevens, property owner, in accordance with Sections 31-306, 31-406, and 31-707 of the Unified Development Ordinance, to grant the Conditional Use Permit to establish a Machine Shop, on property located at 1617 Freeman Mill Road, Zoning Map 63 Parcel 54*A. The affected area is further identified as being located in the Whaleyville Voting Borough, zoned A, Agriculture zoning district. The 2035 Comprehensive Plan designates this area as part of the Rural Agriculture Use District. C. CITY OF SUFFOLK COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE, submitted by the City of Suffolk Department of Planning and Community Development on behalf of the City of Suffolk Planning Commission. Consideration shall be given to the recommendation for and adoption of the City of Suffolk Comprehensive Plan Update, Suffolk 2045, as submitted by the Department of Planning and Community Development. 5.
