VMRC #08-0798, submitted by Myles Pocta of Map Environmental Inc. on behalf of the Retreat at Bennett’s Creek, LLC for the construction of a community pier within the proposed Retreat at Bennett’s Creek Subdivision across tidal wetlands adjacent to Bennett’s Creek. 2. VMRC #08-1995, submitted by H. Dexter Casterlow, P.E. of MMM Design Group on behalf of Volvo Pentas of the Americas, Inc. for the construction of 250 linear feet of bulkhead to replace the existing shoreline structure and raise the grade by approximately 2 feet along the length of the structure for the property located at 1500 Steeple Drive on Chuckatuck Creek.
