Keeling III, property owner, to install a 135 linear foot marginal wharf on top of an existing wooden bulkhead, and demolition of existing boathouse structure located over wetlands The project is located at 2000 Bleakhorn Road on Bleakhorn Creek and is further identified as Tax Map/Parcel 5*19B. VMRC #09-1820, submitted by Robert Gaskins on behalf of Dr. David D. Spencer, property owner, to renovate the existing damaged 316 linear foot riprap revetment. The project is located at 6954 Respass Beach Road on the Harbor of Hampton Roads and is further identified as Tax Map/Parcel 7A(1)*3. V. Restoration Hearing – None VI. Permit Extensions – None VII.
