Public Hearings – VMRC #12-1348, submitted by Eric Garner of WPL on behalf of Parker Crossing, LLC, property owners, for shoreline stabilization by developing a living shoreline along the Nansemond River. The project is to be located at 2675, 2671, 2667, 2663, 2659, 2655, 2651, 2647, and 2576 River Watch Drive and 2523, 2521, 2517, 2515, 2513, and 2511 Saint Martin Drive in the River Bluff subdivision on the Nansemond River. The subject properties are further identified as Zoning Parcels 26F*RB*A2, 26F*RB*B1, 26F*RB*25-30, 26F*RB*38-45, and 26F(2)*N*2. VMRC #12-1059, submitted by Waterfront Consulting, Inc., applicant, on behalf of Loretta Willis, property owner, for shoreline stabilization by installing 1,627 linear feet of rip rap, construct a concrete boat ramp, and construct stairs for beach access along the Nansemond River. The project is located at 2527 Bridge Road. The subject property is further identified as Zoning Parcel 5*32C. V. Restoration Hearing – None VI. Permit Extensions – VMRC #11-1070, submitted by Bob Simon of Waterfront Consulting, Inc. on behalf of Richard Barry III and Bruce W. Keeling, property owners, to extend an existing breakwater structure approximately 272 linear feet, and, to create approximately 5,224 square feet of vegetated wetlands behind the proposed breakwater structure. The project is to be located at 9160 Wigneil Street and 2000 Bleakhorn Road at the confluence of Bleakhorn Creek, the Nansemond River, and Hampton Roads Harbor.
