Public Hearings VMRC17-0562, submitted by Jamie Armentrout of Stokes Environmental Associates, Ltd., agent, on behalf of Barbara Cummings, property owner, to install approximately 250 linear feet of flex-a-mat to protect from erosion and to install a staircase/walkway down to a T-platform. This property is located at 803 Wilroy Road along Shingle Creek; further identified as Zoning Parcel 35D*L*19F, zoned RLM, Residential Low Medium Density Zoning District. VMRC#17-0107, submitted by Bob Simon of Waterfront Consulting Inc.,agent, on behalf of Bindiya and Hemang Shah, property owners, to construct a 10’ by 80’ stone marsh sill, a 20’ by 192’ stone breakwater, and backfill 1,400 square feet of intertidal beach and sprig with vegetation. Also construct a 68 linear foot timber bulkhead within the upland area along the James River. This property is located at 4003 River Park Drive; further identified as Zoning Parcel 6E*RF*HH*29, zoned PD, Planned Development Zoning District. VMRC#17-0108, submitted by Bob Simon of Waterfront Consulting Inc., agent, on behalf of Jitendra and Aruna Swarup, property owners, to install 112 linear feet of a stone marsh sill along the James River. The property is located at 4005 River Park Drive; further identified as Zoning Parcel 6E*RF*HH*30, zoned PD, Planned Development Zoning District. VMRC#17-0997, submitted by Bob Simon of Waterfront Consulting Inc., agent, on behalf of Samuel Brown, property owner, to construct a 114 linear foot offshore breakwater, install 111 linear feet of a rip rap revetment, and construct a coarse sand tombolo from the upland to the breakwater 71 linear feet in length along the James River.
