Allen, H. Bridgman, S. Johnson. Called to order: 1833 (6:33 p.m.) @ Doty Park Depot Introductions Old Business:  By-law adoption via email vote.  Due outs: T. Lawson has resigned but would like to still assist when his schedule allows.  Sub-Committee confirmation vote via email. - Bag Campaign * D. Haynes will assist - Education - Interchange Sawmill/Gahagan - TT & AW New Business: H. Pallay met with the new respresentatives for Palmetto Pride and Keep Dorchester Beautiful. DD2 is a due out; working on educational brief, attended Flowertown to assess recycling efforts. T. Caballero worked with A. Okpych in designing logo. Motto for the SBC: Unlocking Potential. Met with Mr. R. Allen of Waste Pro, revamped by-laws, initiated data set up for www. anecdata.org for public trash identification, coordinated with K. Drinkuth for Facebooks post, will schedule meeting with Town Administrator C. Martin. Meeting Closed: 1850 (6:50 p.m.) for informal discussion and planning with Mr. R. Allen and M. Repasky, Councilman A. Brown, Mayor W. Johnson about a project. After discussing various areas in Summerville that need litter addressed, the group decided that the project is a trash pickup for District 1, in the Brownsville area on May 20 from 7 a.m.-11 a.m. The details of which would be ironed out at the Civic Association meeting on May 4, 2017 at 7 p.m. All members and attendees invited to attend.
