TOWN of SUMMERVILLE, sc Special Called Council Meeting Council Chambers – 200 South Main Street, Summerville, SC 29483 Monday, February 10, 2025 Immediately following the adjournment of the Finance Committee, as a part of the Standing Committees meetings, which begin at 5:30pm. AGENDA 1. Call to Order 2. First reading of an ordinance to annex a portion of TMS# 136-00-00-249, located at Orangeburg Rd. and Hershey Cir., and totaling approximately 0.95 acres to be combined with TMS#s 136-00-00-279 and -280. Currently zoned R-2(M), Single- Family Residential Manufactured Housing, in Dorchester County and requested to be zoned G-B, General Business, following annexation into the Town of Summerville’s municipal limits. (Council District 4). Planning Commission held a public hearing and made a recommendation for approval at their meeting on January 27, 2025. 3. Adjourn
