Second and final reading of an ordinance to annex a portion of TMS# 136-00-00-249, located at Orangeburg Rd. and Hershey Cir., and totaling approximately 0.95 acres to be combined with TMS#s 136-00-00-279 and -280. Currently zoned R-2(M), Single- Family Residential Manufactured Housing, in Dorchester County and requested to be zoned G-B, General Business, following annexation into the Town of Summerville’s municipal limits. (Council District 4). 3. Approval of minutes from Standing Committee meetings on February 10, 2025: Public Works and Committee on Water Supply, Planning and Development Committee, Public Safety Committee, and Finance Committee. 4.
