Adjourn Meeting will be livestreamed from www.summervillesc.gov AFTER EXECUTIVE SESSION ENDS  ADDENDUM TO COOPERATIVE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOWN OF SUMMERVILLE AND BERKELEY COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA This Addendum is made this ____ day ___________, 2025, by and between the Town of Summerville and Berkeley County. WHEREAS, the Town of Summerville (Town) and Berkeley County (County) entered into a Cooperative Intergovernmental Agreement (Agreement) dated August 9, 2023 for the Cedar Extension Project (Project), and WHEREAS, the Project is located in the Counties of Dorchester and Berkeley, and WHEREAS, the Town and County have agreed that Berkeley County and its staff should be designated as the Project Manager to oversee the entire Project. NOW THEREFORE, Town and County agree as follows: 1. The above recitals shall be incorporated herein to the same extent as if set out verbatim. 2. All the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement which is attached hereto and incorporated herein shall remain in full force and effect with exception of this Addendum. 3. Berkeley County and its staff shall be designated as the Project Manager for the Project.
