Vice Chair Sharlene Wang called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

1 20-0105 Approve the Board of Library Trustees Meeting Minutes of
January 6, 2020
Board Member Bremond moved, and Board Member Isaak seconded, approval of
the Board of Library Trustees minutes of January 6, 2020 as submitted. The
motion carried by the following vote:

2 20-0024 Collection Development Policy
Supervising Librarian, Chaunacey Dunklee spoke about the Collection Development
Policy, which is updated once every five years.

Superintendent of Libraries, Steve Sloan spoke about: Council approval of the
Branch Library Agreement, Library and Community Services Strengths,
Weaknesses, Opportunites, and Threats (SWOT) analysis and the new survey's
being distributed to the public, Library Foundation study issue update, Fines
Amnesty study issue update, Lunar New Year celebration and Black History Month
activities.
ADJOURNMENT
Vice Chair Wang adjourned the meeting at 7:45 p.m.
