Councilmembers asked questions, made comments, and requested additional information; summarized below (some comments were made by more than one Councilmember and are only listed once). · Questions about different types of mitigation options and how well they have worked. · Discussion on the costs of repair, possible funding sources and the need to establish goals and funding guidelines. · Discussion and concern about liability issues including number of claims and related costs. · Questions about the history of the sidewalk repair program and related service levels.
