1 Call to Order in the West Conference Room
Vice Mayor Larsson announced the item for Closed Session and invited any
members of the public to provide public comments before convening to Closed
Session.
Vice Mayor Larsoon called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.

Martin Schmidt, Sunnyvale Employees Association, stated there are a few issues
with the redline MOU and side letter, and he hopes the issues can be resolved.
No speakers at the teleconference location.
