Updates Will Include a Report Out on the Ad Hoc Advisory Committee on South Flow Arrivals Final Recommendations to the Federal Aviation Administration. PUBLIC COMMENTS The Mayor will determine and announce time limits on speakers at the start of the public hearing process. Each speaker will be allocated up to three minutes. If many speakers are anticipated, the Mayor may shorten the time limit and/or ask speakers to limit themselves to new information and points of view not already covered by previous speakers. If you wish to provide comments, please complete a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk.
