Finance Department Director Tim Kirby presented a mid-year budget update. Council took a recess at 9:54 a.m. and reconvened at 10:09 a.m. with all Councilmembers present. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT (ITD) MOTION: Councilmember Melton moved and Councilmember Hendricks seconded the motion to defer Study Issue ITD 20-01.
