Richard Wanron, San Miguel Neighborhood Association, communicated their
concerns with individuals living in mobile homes in the San Miguel Neighborhood
and presented a picture as an example of the living conditions.
Dawn Maher, Chief Executive Officer, Sunnyvale Chamber of Commerce, shared
details of the Art and Wine Festival event hosted by the Chamber.

Services, Inc. in a not to exceed amount of $466,630;
- Authorize the City Manager to increase the quantities under the contract, subject
to available budget and if pricing and services remain acceptable; and
- Authorize the City Manager to renew the contract for one (1) additional one year
option, subject to available budget and if pricing and services remain acceptable to
the City.
1.H 23-0506 Adopt a Resolution to Approve Road Maintenance and
Rehabilitation Proposed Projects List for the Road Repair and
Accountability Act of 2017 - Local Streets and Roads (SB 1)
Funding Program
Adopt a Resolution to approve the Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Updated
Proposed Projects List for the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 Local
Streets and Roads Funding Program and find the action exempt from the California
Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)
(4) as it is a fiscal activity that does not involve any commitment to any specific
project which may result in a potential significant impact on the environment.
1.I 23-0517 Award of Contract to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for
Pedestrian and Bicycle Facility Installation on Tasman Drive
Study (F23-023) and Approve Budget Modification No. 21 in
the amount of $73,181
Take the following actions:
- Award a contract in substantially the same form as Attachment 1 to the report in an
amount not to exceed $248,346 to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for Pedestrian
and Bicycle Facility Installation on Tasman Drive Study;

met;

Group for the Phase II Implementation and Post-Production
support for EnerGov (F23-126)
Authorize the City Manager to execute an Amendment to the existing contract with
Park Consulting Group, in substantially the same form as Attachment 1 to this
report, increasing the not to exceed contract amount by $248,850 for a new not to
exceed contract amount of $682,350.
1.K 23-0559 Award of Contract to Maze & Associates for the Annual
Independent Financial Audit Services (F23-070)
Take the following Actions:
- Award a five (5) year Services Agreement in substantially the same form as
Attachment 1 to the report in an amount not to exceed $683,215 to Maze &
Associates of Pleasant Hill, CA;
- Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract when all necessary conditions
have been met;
- Authorize the City Manager to amend the agreement's term for two (2) additional
one year periods and total not to exceed amount, subject to the available budget,
provided pricing and services remain acceptable to the City; and
- Approve a 10% contingency in the amount of $68,321.
1.L 23-0539 Reject Sole Bid Received for the Sunnyvale Bicycle,
Pedestrian and Safe Routes to School Safety Improvements
Project (PW23-11)
Reject the sole bid received in response to Invitation for Bids PW23-11 - Sunnyvale
Bicycle, Pedestrian and Safe Routes to School Safety Improvements Project.
1.M 23-0512 Approve the FY 2023/24 Preliminary Engineer’s Report for the
Downtown Parking District Assessment, Adopt a Resolution of
Intention to Levy and Collect an Assessment for the Downtown
Parking Maintenance District for FY 2023/24, and Set the Date
of July 25, 2023 for the Public Hearing on the Proposed
