DBA Dynasel USA and California Plus Engineering, Inc.; - Make a finding of a categorical exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301(c); and - Approve a Budget Modification No. 15 in the amount of $344,659. California Avenue for $4,356,800, and approve Budget Modification No. 21 in the amount of $4,406,800.
