Sunnyvale Tenant Protections Public Meeting The City of Sunnyvale’s Housing Division is preparing a draft Right-to-Lease and Tenant Protections ordinance. This ordinance would require property owners to offer a minimum one-year lease to tenants and require relocation assistance for no-fault just cause evictions. We want to hear your input.
