GENERAL BUSINESS 1 Approval of Draft Minutes of the Community Event and Neighborhood Grant Distribution Subcommittee Meeting of June 5, 2014 MOTION: Subcommittee Member Davis moved and Subcommittee Member Hendricks seconded the motion to approve the minutes of June 5, 2014. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 3 ­ Chair Martin­Milius Member Davis Member Hendricks No: 0 2 Selection of Subcommittee Chair MOTION: Subcommittee Member Davis nominated current Subcommittee Chair Martin­Milius to continue to serve as Subcommittee Chair. Subcommittee Member Hendricks seconded the nomination.
