1. 24-0670 PRESENTATION - Presentation by Cityline on Proposed Historical
Plaque for Redwood Grove.
Peter Frankel at Bionic Landscape and Thor Hoskins with Sares-Regis Group
presented.
Comm. Sharma clarified when the Plaque will be installed and Planning Officer
responded with the Sares-Regis staff that the commemorative plaque should be
installed by early fall.

Commissioner Caroompas confirmed that three redwoods would be saved.
2. 24-0669 PRESENTATION - Recognition of Service
Principal Planner George Schroeder and Vice Mayor Murali Srinivasan thanked
Heritage Preservation Commission Vice Chair Patel and Commissioner
Caroompas for their service to the Commission.

Vice Chair Patel moved and Commissioner Sharma motioned to approve the Draft
Heritage Preservation Commission Meeting Minutes of March 6, 2024, as
submitted.

Council on the FY 2024/25 Recommended Budget.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
The Chair may determine it would be impractical to include remote public
comment during Oral Communications for the purpose of timeliness of the meeting
or conducting an orderly meeting. Such a determination shall be made prior to
opening public comment on Oral Communications.
This category provides an opportunity for members of the public to address the
Heritage Preservation Commission on items not listed on the agenda and is
limited to 15 minutes (may be extended or continued after the public
hearings/general business section of the agenda at the discretion of the Chair)
with a maximum of up to three minutes per speaker. Please note the Brown Act
(Open Meeting Law) does not allow the Heritage Preservation Commission to take
