Relocate underground parking to a new above-ground structure on an adjacent site under the same ownership at 2900 Semiconductor Drive in the City of Santa Clara; modify the pedestrian bridge design over Kifer Road; relocate the loading dock; reconfigure the signalized intersection at the southeast corner; add an internal courtyard on the north building and reduce total building area from 364,000 to 358,000 square feet; swap window glazing types at the second and third floors and increase spandrel glazing; install rooftop screening units; and relocate the employee restaurant from the west to east side.
