CALL TO ORDER
PUBLIC HEARINGS

Location: 155 Moffett Park Drive (APN: 110-35-008 )
Applicant / Owner: Jay Paul Company LLC
Proposed Project: TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP to allow subdivision of
the existing lot into three parcels
Reason for Permit: A Tentative Parcel Map is required for subdivision
of land.

Recommendation: Approve with conditions
In attendance: Maria McGuigan, Applicant; Andrew Miner, Zoning Administrator;
Shaunn Mendrin, Project Planner; Luis Uribe, Staff Office Assistant.
Mr. Andrew Miner, Zoning Administrator, on behalf of the Director of Community
Development, explained the format that would be observed during the public
hearing.
Mr. Miner announced the subject application.
Shaunn Mendrin, Project Planner, presented the item and recommended approval.
The parcels have been created for financial purposes. An amendment was made
to Condition of Approval GC-6 staff discussed the changes.
Mr. Miner opened the public hearing.
Maria McGuigan, Applicant, received and reviewed a copy of the staff report. Using
the site plan, the applicant gave a detailed description of the layout of the parcels.
Mr. Miner closed the public hearing.

The Zoning Administrator approved the application subject to the findings and
Conditions of Approval located in the staff report with changes to GC-6 regarding
names for related parcels.
Mr. Miner stated that the decision is final unless appealed to the Planning
Commission with payment of the appeal fee within the 15-day appeal period.
