CALL TO ORDER
Andrew Miner, Zoning Administrator, called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
15-0558 File #: 2015-7331
Location: 843 Trenton Drive (APN:202-22-046 )
Applicant / Owner: Glenn Hendricks
Proposed Project:
Variance to allow a 67 square foot single story addition to the
front wall of an existing 2,256 sf single story Eichler residence
for a total of 2,323 square feet (25% FAR).
Reason for Permit: A variance is required from the required 20 foot
front setback.

Recommendation: approve with conditions
Mr. Andrew Miner, Zoning Administrator, on behalf of the Director of Community
Development, explained the format that would be observed during the public
hearing.
Jonathan Caldito, Project Planner, presented the staff report.
Mr. Miner opened the public hearing.
Glenn Hendricks, appicant, noted that this proposal was previously approved in
2011.
Mr. Miner clarified the eave location fron the roofline.
Mr. Miner closed the public hearing.
ACTION: Mr. Miner approved the Variance subject to the findings and
conditions of approval located in the staff report. He was able to make the findings.
