CALL TO ORDER
Noren Caliva-Lepe, Senior Planner, called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
PUBLIC HEARINGS

Location: 1100 Discovery Way (APNs: 110-01-039)
Applicant / Owner: Phil Verinsky, Moffett Towers II, LLC
Proposed Project:
TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide one parcel into five parcels.
Reason for Permit: A Parcel Map is required to create new parcels per
Sunnyvale Municipal Code (SMC) 18.20.042.
Project Planner: Margaret Netto, (408) 730-7628,
mnetto@sunnyvale.ca.gov
Recommendation: Approve with conditions
Mrs. Caliva-Lepe asked if Margaret Netto, project planner, had any additional
comments.
Mrs. Netto stated she did not.
Mrs. Caliva-Lepe opened the hearing to the applicant and inquired if the applicant,
Martin Parissenti, had any additional comments.
Mr. Parissenti stated he did not.
Seeing no members of the public in attendance, Mrs. Caliva-Lepe closed the public
hearing.
ACTION: Approved subject to the findings and conditions of approval located in the
staff report.
ADJOURNMENT
Mrs. Caliva-Lepe adjourned the meeting at 3:01 p.m.
