File #: 2017-7961
Location: 435 East McKinley Avenue (APN: 209-11-051)
Applicant / Owner: Gary Holmes Architect (applicant) / Meena And
William Tapsall (owner)
Proposed Project:
DESIGN REVIEW for a detached new residential unit on a
7,650-square foot lot with an existing single-family residence. The
two-family dwelling is proposed to have 4,121 square foot gross
floor area (2,760 square foot existing unit and 1,361 square foot
proposed new unit) resulting in 53.8% Floor Area Ratio (FAR).
VARIANCE permit is required to allow a 15 feet front yard
setback where 20 feet is required for R-2 zoning district.
