CALL TO ORDER
Amber Blizinski, Zoning Administrator, called the meeting to order at 3:01 p.m.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
REQUEST FOR CONTINUANCE TO A DATE UNCERTAIN
File #: 2018-7310
Location: Near Manzano Way and Oak Creek Way (APNs:
104-28-066,069 and 104-04-027)
Applicant / Owner: Towill, Inc., John May (Applicant) / City and County
of San Francisco (Owner)
Proposed Project: Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide one lot into three
lots and to dedicate public right-of-way for Manzano Way. One
remainder parcel is also created.
Reason for Permit: A Tentative Parcel Map is required to subdivide a
property into four or fewer lots.
Environmental Review: A Class 15 Categorical Exemption relieves
this project from California Environmental Quality Act provisions and City
Guidelines.
Issues: Conformance with Development Standards

Report in Brief: The item was scheduled and advertised for the January
16, 2019 Zoning Administrator Hearing. The applicant is requesting a
continuance to a date uncertain. The project will be re-advertised for a
future Zoning Administrator Hearing date.
Public Contact: 86 notices were sent to surrounding property owners
and residents adjacent to the subject site in addition to standard noticing
practices, including advertisement in the Sunnyvale Sun Newspaper and
on-site posting. No letters or calls were received from the public by staff.
The continuance to a date uncertain will serve as legal notification of the
continuance of this item.

RECOMMENDATION
Continue the item to a date uncertain and re-advertise with new hearing
date.

Ms. Blizinski opened the hearing and asked Teresa Zarrin, project planner, if she
had any comments.
Mrs. Zarrin stated she did not.
Seeing no members of the public in attendance, Mrs. Blizinski closed the hearing.
Ms. Blizinski continued the item to a date uncertain. The item will be renoticed
should the applicant decide to move forward.
ACTION: This item was continued to a date uncertain.
ADJOURNMENT
Mrs. Blizinski adjourned the hearing at 3:02 p.m.
