Michelle King, Zoning Administrator, called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m

1. Proposed Project:
USE PERMIT: for a tutoring center (education-recreation and
enrichment use) in an existing shopping center.

Ms. King inquired with Mary Jeyaprakash, project planner, if there were any
additions to the staff report.
Ms. Jeyaprakash stated that there were no additions to the staff report.
There were no comments from the public, as no one from the public was present.
Ms. King asked the applicant if they had any comments.
Ngoc Tran, applicant, stated she had none.

SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT: to allow for on-site general sales
of alcohol (ABC License Type 70) for the Hilton Homewood Suite Hotel.
