CALL TO ORDER
Michelle King, Zoning Administrator, called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
Proposed Project:
USE PERMIT to allow a collision repair center and associated
tenant improvements to an existing industrial development.
Location: 1235 Elko Dr. (APN 104-31-029)

Applicant / Owner: ArcVision Inc. / RREF IV P Elko Drive LLC
Environmental Review: Class I Categorical Exemption relieves this
project from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) provisions

Ms. King inquired with Cindy Hom, Project Planner, if there were any additions to
the staff report.
Mr. Hom informed an update to the staff report. A memo was provided to both the
Zoning Administrator and applicant noting the changes. No new lighting was
proposed so condition BP-7 was removed. Condition BP-10 was removed because
PG&E has no issue with the proposed improvements and that PG&E has access to
the easement if required. The final change was a change to the language on
condition AT-3 to improve clarity.
Ms. King inquired with the applicant Pamela Sapetto, if there were any additions or

comments.
Ms. Sapetto had no additional comments. She expressed support and approval for
staff recommendations and the updated conditions of approval.
Ms. King opened the hearing to public comments.
No members of the public wished to speak.
Ms. King closed the public comments.
ACTION: Approve the Use Permit with recommended Conditions in Attachment 4 as
corrected by staff via Memo and Attachment 9.
ADJOURNMENT
Ms. King adjourned the hearing at 3:06 p.m.
